But there are simple things you can do in your daily life to lose weight fast and at least avoid gaining weight.

1.) The first thing you should consider is to take your time to eat. When we take or time eating our meals we accomplish two things: We enjoy more what we eat and we give our body the chance to properly digest it.

A simple practice is to monitor your time you spend eating. It is interesting tracking your time and writing it down. For example if you eat 5 minutes a meal and the next meal you add another 5 minutes and so on.

Never eat while the TV is on. Switch it off to eat...

We can easily lose weight fast if we start cutting the amount of what we eat in half.

For example, if we are used to eat so much till we “feel” full; we could easily live with half as much.
