Aloe and Skin

by Theresa
(Pompano Beach )

Aloe Vera juice can do wonders for your skin! The juice from the Aloe Vera Gel, if taken internally detoxifies the body by helping cleanse the kidneys and acts as a mild laxative. Aloe Vera also increases circulation and aids in digestion – helping the body eliminate toxic waste. Aloe Vera contains the trace minerals – calcium, potassium, sodium, managenese, zinc, copper and chromium. The vitamins B1 B2, niacinamide and B6, which all are crucial to health.

When Aloe Vera juice is used externally the power of Aloe Vera to help repair and rejuvenate damaged skin is dramatic! There is a definite tightening of the skin and it can can be felt, pores appear to become smaller. Aloe Vera also helps the skin attract and hold oxygen.

Like papayas, pineapples and alpha hydroxy acids, – Aloe also contains enzymes that help break down dead cells on the skins surface.

Aloe is a natural antiseptic, enabling the body to fight infection and promote healing. All these factors translate into smoother skin, even skin tone and fewer break outs.

I myself started using just Stockton Aloe 1 Aloe Vera Gel on my face and the results are amazing! My pores are smaller, my lines (wrinkles) seem to be diminishing and people even notice it! I stopped using all other cosmetics on my face, except pure 100% Aloe Vera Juice from the Gel of the Stockton Aloe1 Aloe Vera Plant. The Amazing thing is, I have only been doing this for 4 days now! On top of it all, I have had no breakouts! Yes, I do drink our Aloe Vera Gel as well, 6 oz a day.
